Do you have to book Bath Thermae spa?
Guests are no longer required to book a Thermae Welcome in advance. Guests with Thermae Welcome vouchers can use their voucher on the day. Spa Treatment and Twilight Packages still need to be booked in advance by calling our Reservations Team on 01225 33 1234.
Can you go in the Thermal Baths in Bath?

Can you take photos at Thermae Bath Spa?
We are sorry you feel our policy on photography was not made clear. However in our terms of use we state that “Out of respect for the privacy of all guests and the restful atmosphere which we are trying to promote, neither mobile phones nor cameras are permitted to be used in the Spa.
Can you still swim in the Roman Baths?
Can I swim at the Roman Baths? Unfortunately because of the quality of the water it would not be safe to swim here. The nearby Thermae Bath Spa(link is external) uses the same water which is treated to make it safe for bathing.
Can children go to Thermae spa?
Thermae Bath Spa Unfortunately children under 12 are not allowed to use this facility, but with a lovely swimming pool at our hotel, the kids were not too disappointed.
