Hatchiyack is similar to Baby as both are machine created by Tuffles (Dr. Lychee & King Tuffle respectively) and seek revenge on the surviving Saiyans for their race’s role in the Genocide of the Tuffle race.

To open all the red doors, you must successfully complete Story mode with Goku to unlock Extra mode. Once you play in Extra mode, all the red doors will be open. Charge the Kamehameha and press L. Charge The Kamehameha, then jump and press L.

Is DBZ Turles canon?
Introduced in The Tree of Might, Dragon Ball Z movie villain Turles looks pretty much exactly like Goku. While he might now be considered non-canon, Turles has very good reason for looking exactly like the hero of the Dragon Ball franchise.
